Drew Wolfington
President, Merion Construction
Drew Wolfington is President of O'Neill Properties Group's subsidiary, Merion Construction where he has full P & L responsibility for all construction activities of the company that serves as General Contractor for O'Neill’s commercial development efforts. Under his leadership, Merion Construction has grown from a start-up enterprise to a diversified construction contractor.
As one of O'Neill’s first employees, Mr. Wolfington has been intimately involved in the growth of the company and has been personally responsible for the construction of over six million square feet of office space. He has worked on nearly all of the company's projects and has extensive experience in all phases of the project lifecycle including acquisition, finance, land development, construction, leasing, and tenant relations.
Prior to joining O'Neill, Mr. Wolfington was Assistant to the Chairman at CRW Financial, Inc., where he served as the point person for all internal senior management communications and led the company's customer service department. His first exposure to the real estate market came during his tenure at CRW, as he managed several of the company's real estate initiatives, including the relocation of its corporate offices. During his career, Mr. Wolfington has also been affiliated with several entrepreneurial efforts in the automotive leasing business.
Mr. Wolfington attended Villanova University. |
