Guy Wolfington, Jr
Regional Development Manager
Guy Wolfington is Regional Development Manager for O'Neill Properties Group. One of the first employees of the company, he has been instrumental in managing the company's property development and construction projects within the greater Philadelphia area.
Mr. Wolfington has been personally responsible for the construction of over three million square feet of commercial and residential space, representing projects with a value of in excess of $500 million. He has spearheaded one of the company's first remediations of an environmental 'superfund' site with the development of Corsair I at 2701 Renaissance Boulevard, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, currently the company’s corporate headquarters. Under Mr. Wolfington's leadership, this project, which involved the clean-up of contaminants from a steel mill that had used the property as a dumping ground for by-products, was successfully completed within one year, on time and on budget.
Prior to joining O'Neill, Mr. Wolfington held a series of progressively-responsible positions in sales and marketing with MBNA America Bank and Philadelphia University.
Mr. Wolfington holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Loyola College and an MBA degree from Philadelphia University. |
