Edward Lopes
Senior Vice President, Development
Edward Lopes is Senior Vice President of Development for O’Neill Properties, where he is primarily responsible for all development and daily details for the company’s New England properties.
Mr. Lopes joined O’Neill following a distinguished career as a U.S. Navy civilian progressing through increasing levels of responsibility. Mostly recently, in his role as Senior Housing Program Manager, Commander Navy Region Northeast, located in Newport, Rhode Island, he was a key member in the largest, most complex housing privatization effort in the Navy. In addition, he has been an independent consultant and builder with ETL & Associates of Middletown, Rhode Island.
Mr. Lopes is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA. Ed also holds a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from Indiana University. |
