Dale Stesko
Vice President, Centralized Purchasing
Dale Stesko is Vice President of Centralized Purchasing for O’Neill Properties including management of the entire portfolio of commercial and residential development. Mr. Stesko has extensive background in all aspects of commercial development including office, retail, and mixed use, accomplishing a large number of successful projects in residential, both single family and multi family. He contributes to the company unique expertise by combining his experiences in architecture, real estate development, and construction.
With previous experience at Realen Homes, Mr. Stesko has been both Manager of Design and Purchasing and Design and Construction Manager. Prior to his positions with Realen Homes, Mr. Stesko was associated with Toombs Development Company in New Canaan, Connecticut and Bower Lewis Thrower Architects in Philadelphia.
Mr. Stesko is a Registered Architect and a graduate of Temple University with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Architecture degrees. |
