Michael Devine
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Michael Devine is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing for O'Neill Properties Group with oversight responsibility for the sales and marketing functions of all corporate, residential, retail and commercial properties in the company's $4.4 billion real estate portfolio. Mr. Devine coordinates zoning, lobbying, community affairs, fundraising, corporate branding and imaging to all stakeholders.
Prior to joining O'Neill Properties, Mr. Devine served as Vice President, Global Sales and General Manager of Reynolds Transformation Solutions, a division of Reynolds & Reynolds, a $1 billion NYSE-listed company that delivers software and services to the automotive industry. While with Reynolds, Mr. Devine held P & L responsibility for a $70 million global business and was personally responsible for selling CRM training and software to Ford, Honda, Infiniti, Subaru and Mercedes Benz. Prior to Reynolds, Mr. Devine was Founder and President of Cyber Car, one of the first profitable automotive e-commerce training and technology companies, where he developed a staff of 60 consultants and grew revenue from $8 million in 1999 to $20 million in 2001.
During his career, Mr. Devine has served as Vice President of Global Sales for HAC Group, where he generated $15 million in revenue for the company. Previous to HAC Group, Mr. Devine worked for TeleSpectrum, a publicly traded provider of direct marketing services, where he held a variety of management positions, culminating in his being named Vice President, Sales and Business Development.
Mr. Devine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and MBA and Masters in Finance degrees from Villanova University. |
