Richard Heany
Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures
Richard Heany is Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Divestitures for O'Neill Properties Group, responsible for property due diligence, acquisition, finance and disposition. He works closely with O'Neill's attorneys to negotiate acquisitions, perform due diligence and close transactions. Mr. Heany has generated several strong borrowing relationships with Philadelphia's primary lending institutions and mortgage bankers who provide the acquisition and development funds for O'Neill's numerous projects.
Prior to joining O'Neill, Mr. Heany was the Project Development Manager for PECO Energy. In this capacity, he managed project development activities and coordinated the sales and marketing, engineering, project finance and construction management departments. He also developed joint ventures and strategic alliances which expanded PECO's market presence into areas outside its traditional territory. Mr. Heany reported directly to the president of the company.
Previously, Mr. Heany served as a division manager for Heatac Energy Services Group where he coordinated the project development, financing, construction management, and maintenance services departments. |
