Georgann Berger McKenna
Vice President, Human Resources
Georgann Berger McKenna is Vice President of Human Resources for O’Neill Properties Group. Ms. Berger McKenna is responsible for developing and directing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruiting and hiring, benefits administration training, compensation and salary administration, as well as HR compliance.
Ms. Berger McKenna joined O’Neill after serving as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Progress Financial Corporation. During her time with Blue Bell, Pennsylvania-based Progress, she managed the company’s human resources, payroll and training functions and served on the bank’s corporate planning team that was responsible for shaping the long and short term direction of the company.
Prior to joining Progress, Ms. Berger McKenna was Vice President of Human Resources for PNC Bank, in the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania office. She also has extensive human resources experience with the former CoreStates Bank and the First National Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City.
Ms. Berger McKenna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Education from the Montclair State College and her Master of Science degree in Business Education from Oklahoma State University. |
