Jonathan P. Robinson
Executive Vice President
Jon Robinson is Executive Vice President of O’Neill Properties Group. He is responsible for managing, growing, and developing equity partner relationships as well as working with the O'Neill executive team on developing portfolio financing strategy. Mr. Robinson also negotiates with these partners, including Prudential and the Arsenal Fund, in regard to the company’s 70-plus development projects. These equity partners finance and advise O’Neill on strategic decisions throughout the life of the projects.
Mr. Robinson was formerly the company’s Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, he was responsible for overall financial plans, policies, integrity of the company’s financial results and operations, capital market transactions and all external financing activities.
Mr. Robinson has a distinguished 21-year career as a senior financial executive and public accountant. Before joining O’Neill, he was Chief Financial Officer of Safeguard International, a $300 million cross-Atlantic private equity fund. While there, he was responsible for structuring the fund’s acquisitions, and overseeing its financial operations, including the firm’s investment portfolio and he provided oversight and guidance regarding portfolio companies and communicated fund financial results to limited partners.
Mr. Robinson was also Chief Financial Officer at CRW Financial, Inc., where he led the management team in executing an industry roll-up strategy, which included six acquisitions and the $400 million initial public offering of its subsidiary, TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Inc. He was also Chief Financial Officer of Airclic, Inc., a venture-backed technology start-up that raised $100 million of equity funding under his leadership. Mr. Robinson began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Certified Public Accountant.
