Job Description:
Corporate Sales Manager-Business Suites for our division which provides daily and long term furnished housing. Presently we have one location, the Lofts at Valley Forge and another opening soon, The Londonbury (Conshohocken) and more to follow in the future.
The primary duties consist of:
-Aggressively pursue new business for tansient hotel stays and long term corporate rentals.
-Consistently make cold and warm calls on prospects and aggressively pursue new accounts.
-Conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations during client site visitations and outside sales calls.
-Negotitate and close deals with customers.
-Carefully track all leads through Salesforce.com database.
-Be responsible for all reservations, contracts, leases, ordering various services and processing. Special Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a strong background and track record in hotel and/or corporate sales with 5+ years experience, strong customer service orientation and skills, exceptional detail in follow-up, outstanding communication skills, and excellent phone sales skills. the candidate will have an existing base of contacts with corporate customers.
