Brian O'Neill, Founder and Chairman of O'Neill Properties
Group, thinks big and acts boldly. In 1984, he discovered an abandoned
paint factory on the banks of the Schuylkill River in Norristown,
Pennsylvania, an industrial relic and local eyesore. While other
developers ignored it, O'Neill envisioned a thriving commercial center.
He acquired the factory and transformed it into a productive property
that continues to benefit the entire area. This first success set the
tone for what would become O'Neill Properties Group: vision,
imagination, energy—and the entrepreneurial spirit and passion to make
the deals and do the work necessary to realize the vision.
